Nice system, easy to use and navigate, still developing, so more user friendly all the time. Great support team, good onboarding. Still need to talk to some of the equipment, file size for transfer not great, but easy to add pictures, etc to client records.

We are a small, family run veterinary practice focused mainly on prophylactic services. At the beginning and before we’ve opened doors to our clients Dave spent several online training sessions with us and worked hard in the background to get us started with Ascend PMS. At the beginning we found Ascend Manager system bit hard to use but once you are tought the basics and how to do things it’s ok. Coverus Ascend- the main system to use daily is much more modern and user friendly. At the beginning, when we started to use the system, we had a lot of questions. Raising them by e-mail with the support team is quick and replies are usually very prompt, often in less than 24h. The Covetrus support team members are all amazing. Often they will do for you what you need but more importantly they will send you step by step guidance how to do it yourself in the future. Thanks to that the situations when we need to seek support have decreased with the time. Due to our nature of business we do not utilise many possibilities that the system offers but for what we need it works well for us. Our aim now is to take advantage of webinars and keep learning day to day about possibilities Covertus Ascend offers to us.

Smooth transition from old PMS, with full support provided. PMS is straightforward to use, able to integrate other services and tech support always available to help when needed. Nick is still also always available for my multiple questions! Would recommend, and is a huge improvement from our last PMS

Transitioning to a new practice management system after more than 20 years was a significant step, but after a demo we were keen to use Ascend for our new practice. The onboarding process was well‑structured and supported by a dedicated manager, Peta, who took time to understand our practice, guide us through each stage, and address every question clearly. Their support made what could have been a daunting shift feel very manageable. The on‑site training was great, ensuring Ascend was set up correctly from the start and tailored precisely to how our practice operates. This practical, hands‑on approach helped our whole team feel confident using the system right away. One of Ascend’s standout features is its clean, modern, and intuitive interface. It feels genuinely up‑to‑date, easy to navigate, and designed with the user in mind — which has made day‑to‑day work smoother and more enjoyable. Ascend also offers excellent integrations and flexibility in how and where the system can be used. Tools like Vet Check streamline processes, reduce duplication, and improve efficiency across routine tasks. Being able to use Ascend on mobiles and iPads has been a huge advantage for our workflow — we complete GA and hospital sheets directly on iPads, and clients can fill out consent forms online before arriving at the practice. This has significantly improved efficiency and reduced paperwork. We have worked with Covetrus to arrange further training days recently. Dave spent two days with us adjusting settings and setting up bundles and procedures to help our workflows become even more efficient. Dave was very knowledgeable and having the support on site was brilliant. Two years on, Ascend continues to perform reliably. The development team is responsive, open to feedback, and clearly committed to continual improvement. Updates are relevant, practice‑focused, and genuinely enhance the system.
