Veti, the built-in AI assistant, helps teams schedule appointments, turn spoken findings into structured examination notes and check stock. Teams review the records it prepares and stay in control of their work. Cortex brings results from supported laboratory and imaging devices into the clinic workflow, while document extraction helps reduce manual data entry. PetConnect extends care beyond the clinic with shared medical information, appointment requests, messages and reminders. Clinics control what is shared with owners, with reminders delivered through PetConnect, WhatsApp and SMS. Vetigen also supports payment follow-up, operational reporting and migration assistance, helping teams manage everyday work from a shared set of clinic records.
